How are chargebacks handled?

We take chargebacks by issuers seriously as a matter of fraud protection. If you file a chargeback, it will result in your placement on our no-sell list. Please note that changing your mind is not a valid reason for filing a fraudulent usage claim. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the Fair Credit Billing Act under Federal Law. What will the charge show on my bank account?

The charge will show up as Thor's Hammer Research on your bank account.

How fast do you process and ship orders?

After you place an order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Please note that our dispatch team is not available during weekends. Once your order ships, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship our products worldwide.

Do you ship to APO/Military address?

Yes, we do.

Can you modify my order to reflect the latest promo code?

We are unable to modify an order once it has been placed.

Can you provide instructions on how to use your products?

We are a supply company and are unable to provide research advice or guidance. Please note that all our products are sold for research purposes only. We are prohibited by federal laws from providing dosage information or advice on PCT. SARMs and Research Chemicals are not FDA-approved and are not for human consumption.

Some items are missing/broken/damaged/wrong product.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at thorshammerhelp@gmail.com immediately. Once an order has been endorsed for shipping, we are unable to make any changes or cancel the shipment.

How can I return a product?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for possible product degradation. Please review our policy for more information.

Do you sell these products for human consumption?

No, our products are strictly for research use and application only. We do not advocate the use of our products for human consumption, and if we suspect that they are being used for an unintended purpose, we will put the customer on a blacklist that is double-checked before each purchase.
